Wearing mascara is a great way to enhance your lashes. Some women don't use it because they're unsure of how to apply it. There are many different tips that you can try to make applying mascara easier and fun.

Discontinued Mascara When you apply mascara, you want to hold the wand at the base of your top lashes. Then, using a wiggle motion, pull the wand up and through the lashes. Then when you're done, close your eye and brush the top of your lash to pull out any clumps.

Some women don't enjoy using mascara because of the clumps that occur, which can be often. But there's an easy way to remedy this. Buy a lash comb and pull it through your lashes once you apply the mascara. Or, what you can do is pull the lash comb through the mascara application before you apply it to your eyes; that removes the excess mascara from the brush.

If you want to try out some different colored mascara, don't be afraid! Blues work great for those with blue eyes, and purple really makes brown eyes "pop." You can also use an eyelash curler to enhance your lashes. Curling lashes gives eyes the appearance of being wider and brighter. Shoot warm air from your blow-dryer on the mascara curler for 3-5 seconds to warm it up before curling lashes; this helps the curl hold.
